Prior to becoming an attorney, Tyson earned a Master’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from the University of Montana. He worked as a statistician for the Department of Justice at the Montana Board of Crime Control, but ultimately decided to pursue a career in law because it offered the opportunity to continually learn and master new challenges, as well as the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives.
A native Montanan, Tyson is an avid fly fisherman and oarsman. When not in the office or in court, he enjoys spending time in local parks and on hiking trails with his wife and two children. When the snow flies, you can find Tyson snowboarding or dreaming of big dry flies.
